Shift: Various Shifts Available\nType: Permanent\nLocation: Reading\n\nWe are looking for a HGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter to join our client one of the UK’s leading manufacturers.\n\nHGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Job Responsibilities:\n\n * You'll be responsible for fast and accurate diagnoses using diagnostic tools and for choosing the right repair techniques.\n\n * You'll work independently to maintain and repair vehicles and components.\n\n * You'll carry out a range of inspections (MOT, tacho, etc.).\n\n * You'll provide support and daily mentoring for less experienced technicians.\n\n * You'll carry out final checks on work that has been completed.\n\nHGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Qualifications and Requirements:\n\n * Time-served HGV Technician or equivalent qualification (City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 preferred)\n\n * Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills\n\n * An extensive experience in carrying out repairs and maintenance on trucks, components and associated vehicles.\n\n * Familiarization with developments in the automotive industry.\n\n * Valid Driving License\n\nHGV Technician / HGV Mechanic / HGV Fitter Benefits:\n\n * Individual responsibility and lots of latitude.\n\n * An excellent salary and employment package.\n\n * Plenty of chances for further trainin...
