NEW GROUND WONT BREAK ITSELF
Every day our teams help people in businesses and communities to do what is right and achieve their goals. People Advisory is an internal-facing consultancy team whose purpose is to deliver a people experience aligned with the people strategy, the firm’s purpose, and its strategic goals. The team aims to create an environment where our people can thrive, do their best work, take shared responsibility, and deliver exceptional client service.
This means doing what’s right ahead of what’s easy. The work you do will have a major impact on our people, clients, and our firm. We pride ourselves on the high standards we maintain.
We’re happy to discuss flexible working options, including reduced hours and job shares, to support work-life balance.
A look into the role
You will be part of a flexible team supporting the business on people lifecycle activities related to performance, talent, and reward. Supporting Senior People Advisers and People Advisory Managers, you will deliver on our people strategy, initiatives, and the annual people experience cycle.
Given the importance of this role, there will be exciting opportunities for the right person to expand their knowledge and develop their skillset.
