We are currently recruiting for an experienced and committed SEN Teacher with Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to join a specialist education provision in the Wolverhampton area. This is a full-time role, working with pupils who require tailored and supportive learning approaches.
🔎 About the Role:
You will be responsible for delivering engaging, differentiated lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs, ensuring each learner can access the curriculum at an appropriate level. The role requires a creative teacher who can build positive relationships, adapt teaching strategies, and maintain a nurturing, structured environment.
💡 Key Responsibilities:

Teach and plan differentiated lessons to meet a variety of SEN needs (including ASD, SLD, MLD, SEMH)
*
Develop individual learning plans and monitor progress
*
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and support staff
*
Implement effective behaviour-support and regulation strategies
*
Foster a safe, inclusive and consistent classroom environment
✔️ Requirements:
*
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) – essential
*
Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies
*
Previous experience working within an SEN setting
*
Confident in behaviour management and personalised learning
*
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to obtain one)
