BMS Engineer - IND1
TXM Recruit are currently looking for a BMS Engineer to join one of the UKs leading commercial FM providers to retailers across the country. The role is field based however based in Reading is an ideal location.
* Schedule - Monday to Friday
* Salary - £50k
* Location – Mobile Field Role - Reading hub
* Extra – On certain situations when engineers are off and an emergency has risen there will be a Gateshead site.
Key Responsibilities
* Service and maintenance of Building Management Systems
* Fault finding, diagnostics and energy performance reviews
* Identifying, reporting and quoting for system repairs, upgrades and enhancements
* Supporting continuous improvement of system efficiency and performance
* Experience with Trend, Tridium, Siemens and RDM ideal.
