Reception Class Teacher – Stretford Teaching Personnel are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Reception Class Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Stretford area. About the Role: As the Reception Teacher, you will: Deliver a creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate curriculum that supports learning through play, exploration, and early skill development. Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment where pupils feel safe, confident, and motivated to learn. Support children in developing early literacy, numeracy, communication, and social skills. Work collaboratively with the EYFS team, parents, and external agencies to ensure each child’s individual needs are met. Carry out accurate observations, assessments, and record-keeping to track progress and inform next steps. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Has experience teaching in Reception or EYFS (ECTs are welcome to apply). Demonstrates a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and early child development. Is creative, nurturing, and passionate about inspiring young learners. Can build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
