Offer description

Are you looking to start or return to a career in finance?

Do you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with others?

If so, we'd love to hear from you.

Your role

As a Finance Assistant, you will join our Revenue and Billing team within the wider Finance department. You will also have the opportunity to support the Accounts team when needed, giving you exposure across all Operational Finance functions.

This is an exciting position for someone looking to begin or re-establish a career in finance. You'll be fully supported with training and development as you help maintain financial data, assist with billing processes, and facilitate communication across departments.

What You'll Be Doing

* Input, maintain and extract financial data with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Support the production of weekly and monthly reports, ensuring consistency and reliability.
* Work closely with Finance and legal teams to deliver insightful financial reporting that supports Working Capital improvements.
* Bring a thoughtful and solution-focused approach to identifying and addressing issues. We're looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn, and keen to work through challenges with support from the team.
* Assist colleagues with day-to-day tasks, contributing to a positive team environment.
* Manage incoming messages and maintain professional correspondence across teams and stakeholders.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients, delivering excellent customer service.
* Review, edit and process bills efficiently to help meet monthly targets.
* Take on ad hoc tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and a proactive mindset.

What We're Looking For

* A genuine interest in starting or continuing a career in Finance.
* A collaborative and adaptable approach to work, with strong organisational skills and a commitment to professionalism.
* A proactive and thoughtful approach to problem solving.
* Experience with Microsoft Office and financial systems (e.g. PMS or ledgers) is beneficial but not essential.

We embrace a hybrid working model that offers flexibility and supports a healthy work-life balance. Our hybrid working approach allows you to work from home, subject to business needs, with most people spending 40% to 60% of their time in the office.
