Bridgwater • Salary: £27,980.98 per annum plus 15% performance bonus • Company vehicle, fuel card, tech provided • Permanent full‑time contract.
Responsibilities
* Own and drive sales in your territory like your own business.
* Build relationships with key in‑store decision makers.
* Influence range, availability, and promotional execution, including winning secondary displays and extra shelf space.
* Execute high‑impact merchandising and brand activations.
* Use data and insight to prioritise high‑value stores.
* Spot gaps, fix issues, and maximise every visit.
* Report activity accurately and feed back market insight.

Qualifications
* Natural influencer with commercial instincts.
* Target‑driven, competitive and resilient.
* Confident talking to anyone – from store staff to managers.
* Organised, self‑motivated and comfortable working independently.
* Tech‑savvy and comfortable reporting activity.
* Full UK manual driving licence.
* Retail, FMCG or field sales experience is a bonus but not required.
