A leading national contractor is seeking a Sub Agent to support ongoing reactive works and maintenance operations iin the Perth area.This is a key role on a long-term framework agreement, involving the coordination and delivery of fast-paced maintenance and emergency works across public assets and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and highly organised engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment.Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance activities Coordinate site works, ensuring safe systems of work and compliance with HSEQ policies Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery Maintain accurate records including permits, risk assessments, and progress reports Support the Site Agent/Project Manager with daily operational duties Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-the-ground issues swiftlyCandidate Profile: Civil engineering or construction background, ideally with experience in highways, rail, or infrastructure maintenance HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to work on multiple sites and respond flexibly to reactive works Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UKWhat's in It for You?
