About the role:
The Sales Account Manager FM South Latam will be responsible for:
1. Leading the Key Accounts in South Latam, focusing on running the business, managing contracts, operations, decisions, and guaranteeing the profitability of the results;
2. Creating new business across the region, becoming a Solution Selling leader, driven by innovation, focused on sustainability, new opportunities, and market expansion;
3. Driving pipeline growth by supporting other teams and mobilizing cross-functional areas to meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading key customers in various situations, becoming the main contact for the organization regarding the client;
* Driving the sales team on innovation, solution selling, and sustainability in new projects;
* Conducting internal training and workshops;
* Building strong relationships to transmit reliability to customers;
* Participating in the product committee, focusing on support and innovation;
* Coordinating the Sales Funnel in Salesforce;
* Following up on projects with other areas, organizing samples and technical information;
* Optimizing opportunities for growth of chocolate and compound portfolios;
* Driving performance of portfolios through customer differentiation and sales contribution, aligning with BC strategies;
* Collaborating with marketing, CI & TS leads, and sales managers to identify portfolio gaps;
* Ensuring pricing strategies align with sales and technology expectations;
* Supporting regional sales teams in pricing strategy execution;
* Providing market feedback on pricing, trends, customer, and competitor insights.
Project Management Activities:
* Managing new projects within key accounts to leverage potential and unlock opportunities;
* Leading the RACI matrix to ensure timely delivery of activities;
* Reporting project timelines, objectives, phases, and constraints;
* Following up and calibrating project deadlines.
About you:
* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or similar;
* Relevant qualifications or experience with Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce;
* Native in Spanish and fluent in English;
* Portuguese is highly desirable;
* 10 years of sales experience;
* Strong project management and organizational skills;
* Experience with Salesforce;
* Ability to understand audience requirements and develop targeted communication.
