A highly reputable and growing organisation based in Exeter is looking to strengthen its leadership team with the addition of an experienced Finance Manager. The Role
This is a senior, on-site opportunity for a commercially minded Finance Practice Manager to join the executive team and lead a small finance team. The successful candidate will take ownership of the firm’s financial operations, compliance, and reporting, while playing a key role in shaping strategic growth and business efficiencies.
As Finance Manager, you will be:
* Producing timely management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and financial analysis to support decision-making
* Lead, develop, and manage the finance team while overseeing payroll and bookkeeping processes
* Ensure regulatory compliance
* Identify and implement operational improvements and IT systems enhancements to drive growth and efficiency
As Finance Manager, you will need:
* Proven experience in financial management within a legal, accountancy or professional services environment
* ACCA, CIMA or ILFM qualified (or equivalent), with strong understanding of compliance and financial frameworks
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal and project management skills; able to influence at senior level
* Confident working with case management systems and general office software; coding knowledge is a bonus
Package:
* Up to £55,000 per annum DOE
* 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays, birthday leave, and discretionary Christmas leave
