RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATOR (Part Time, 2 days a week)

We currently have an exciting new part time vacancy for a Dealership Receptionist / Administrator at our fantastic Norwich Dealership.
As a Receptionist / Administrator, we can offer you:

Who are we looking for as a Receptionist / Administrator:
* You will have experience working as a Receptionist or Administrator (ideally within the Automotive sector but not essential as training will be provided).
* Be a confident people person. Happy dealing with clients face to face and over the phone.
* Have an eye for detail with excellent communication, organisational, administration and IT skills.
The Receptionist / Administrator role and responsibilities include (but not limited to):
Meet and greet customers / visitors in a friendly and professional manner, building a rapport with them to help them feel welcome. Manage the switchboard and ensure calls are answered in a prompt and professional manner. Receive, sort and distribute mail and other deliveries. Maintain a tidy reception area. Provide general administrative support to the Dealership.
Working: 2 days per week, Monday & Tuesday 8am – 5pm.
