We are looking for a Raw Material Co-ordinator for our Client based in Hamilton. They are a multinational company with sites in Leicester and Rothley and are passionate about the future of our planet. As a Raw Material Co-ordinator you must have a Counterbalance / Reach FLT licence. You will play an integral part in the supply chain operations. Pay for the Raw Material Co-ordinator - temp to perm
1. £15.17 per hour
Hours / Shifts:
2. 37.5 hours per week
3. Monday to Friday with occasional overtime shifts
4. 9am to 5pm
About you:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a warehouse or similar environment and be competent using Microsoft excel packages and internal systems. This role does have elements of supervisory responsibility therefore the ability to lead a team is also required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
5. Operate FLT equipment to ensure the safe unloading of raw material goods
6. Guarantee the supply of raw materials to the production teams to ensure the continuous manufacturing of their famous products
7. Hold accountability for the rotation of the raw materials in the warehouse ensuring compliance with FIFO regulations
8. Arrange for samples of raw materials for quality control consistently as per the group procedure
9. Produce the correct labels for stock within the warehouse
10. Guarantee the correct paperwork is produced and filed correctly in accordance with the Groups processes
11. Lead the Raw Material Warehouse Operators in their daily activities
12. Stock control and management
13. Liaise with the planning department regarding production schedules to ensure the raw materials are within stock
14. Produce daily, weekly and monthly reports using the SAP system
Additional Requirements:
15. Experience working within a warehouse or similar environment is required
16. Counterbalance/Reach FLT license
17. Demonstrable experience using computers including Microsoft office and SAP
18. Required to use FLT clamp and fork attachments
19. This is a very physical role and there is a lot of walking involved
