- Oversee the day-to-day running of busy kitchen operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop kitchen teams
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and allergen regulations
- Deliver consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Support menu planning and operational efficiency

To be considered for this Chef Manager position, you must have:
- Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
- Food Allergen Awareness Certificate
- Own transport preferred due to multiple site locations
- Previous Chef Manager experience within a high-volume kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- A professional and reliable approach to work
