About the Role
Anderson Knight are delighted to be recruiting a Paralegal for a legal firm in South Lanarkshire and their brand new office. They are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organised Paralegal to support our legal team with case preparation, document management, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
This role is 5 days fully onsite, 9am - 5pm, with a 4pm finish on a Friday.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist attorneys with case preparation, filings, and trial support
* Draft, review, and organise legal documents and correspondence
* Conduct legal research and summarise findings
* Manage case files, calendars, deadlines, and court filings
* Communicate with clients, courts, and third parties as needed
* Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with legal procedures
Qualifications
* Paralegal certificate or associate’s degree in paralegal studies (or equivalent experience)
* Previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management software
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
