We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer databases.
* Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, ensuring all materials are accurate and professionally presented.
* Monitor inventory levels and assist with order processing to ensure timely fulfilment of client requests.
* Maintain an organised filing system for contracts, agreements, and other important documents related to sales activities.
* Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and customer service to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Experience
* Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required; familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with clients and team members.
* A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills are crucial for managing multiple tasks efficiently.
