Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, an excellent local business based here in Northern Ireland to recruit for an Office Administrator to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. Our client is well known within the industry for there exceptional service.
The Role
1. Ensuring a high level of compliance regarding fleet activities, adhering to all regulations and policies.
2. Maintaining accurate and up to date records of vehicles including MOT, warranties and servicing.
3. Preparing and completing performance and maintenance reports.
4. Assisting in scheduling and providing an excellent service to external stakeholders.
The Person
5. The ideal candidate will be coming with previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment.
6. Confident in the use of CRM systems and IT systems.
7. A proactive individual who has strong attention to detail.
8. Ability to work under pressure and ensure strong levels of communication.
The package for this role includes a salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience, with wider benefits package which can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb. With a working week of Monday- Friday, based on site in Mallusk. This role offers the opportunity to work within an excellent organisation, with progression opportunities.
