1. Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of architecture
2. Any combination of residential, multi-family residential, or commercial design experience
3. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
4. AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign skills
5. Knowledge of Monograph is helpful
6. Thorough knowledge of building codes
7. Excellent presentation, verbal, written, and graphics communication skills
8. Ability to coordinate a complete set of contract documents
9. Understand major building systems, detailing, and constructability
10. Able to organize and oversee the work of others
11. Licensed architect in the State of Washington preferred but not required
