Office & Team Assistant – Dynamic Hedgefund
Dynamic Hedgefund is seeking an Office & Team Assistant to support our fast-paced investment environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This role is ideal for a graduate or grad calibre with around three years’ experience in an administrative, operations or office support capacity who is looking to broaden their skills and take on significant responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination & Support
* Act as the go-to person for day-to-day office operations
* Coordinate travel arrangements for traders and visiting staff
* Assist with onboarding visiting team members, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly
* Liaise with suppliers and vendors; manage office supplies and inventory
* Maintain the office environment, including meeting rooms and communal areas
Administrative & Team Support
* Support the investment team with diary management, expense reports, and travel bookings
* Assist in planning and coordinating internal meetings, events, and team lunches
* Prepare and format documents and reports as required
* Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the Office Manager
Projects & Event Coordination
* Assist in organising company-wide events and activities
* Manage logistics for visitors and stakeholders, ensuring a professional and seamless experience
Skills & Experience Required
* Ideally Degree-level education or equivalent professional exp, with approximately 3 years’ relevant administrative or office experience across PE, VC, Hedgefund or asset mgt.
* Proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
* Professional, adaptable and proactive attitude
