We’re looking for a Design Coordinator to join our team in our London Bridge HQ. With a focus on Ministry of Defence building projects you will be contributing to the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. As a Design Coordinator your responsibilities will include: Ensure designs comply with project documentation, client specifications, and statutory requirements. Review and approve consultant and subcontractor drawings for coordination. Coordinate 3D designs across disciplines using Revit, BIM360, and other tools, conducting clash detection. Oversee compliance with environmental certifications such as BREEAM, DREAM, and Passivhaus. Collaborate with factory and site teams to resolve technical issues. Manage Building Control applications and conduct site/factory visits. Produce construction site setup plans in AutoCAD and support information management in line with ISO 19650 standards. Key Skills: A relevant degree (e.g., Architecture, Structural/Civil Engineering, Construction Management). Strong technical design background and experience with Revit and AutoCAD. Knowledge of RIBA Stages 4-5 and environmental certifications (BREEAM, Passivhaus, etc.). Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with stakeholders. A goal-oriented mindset with great attention to detail and a willingness to adapt and improve processes.
