We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable care provider for an experienced Supported Living Service Manager or Registered Manager to oversee multiple services across Redbridge and Newham.

The Role
As a Service Manager, you will:
* Oversee the day-to-day management of 2–3 supported living services
* Lead, motivate, and develop staff teams to deliver outstanding care
* Ensure services are safe, effective, and compliant with regulatory standards
* Support individuals to live independently and achieve their personal goals
* Maintain high standards of care, quality, and performance across all services
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Proven experience as a Service Manager or Registered Manager within supported living or similar settings
* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
* A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between services
* Strong experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and complex needs
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
