What you will do
* Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the needs and challenges of individuals struggling with alcohol misuse.
* Develop personalized recovery plans and provide continuous one-on-one support tailored to each client’s journey.
* Work effectively with clients facing complex needs, employing harm reduction strategies and fostering a safe environment for recovery.
* Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, harnessing a wealth of shared knowledge and expertise.
* Maintain thorough case management records and communicate effectively with stakeholders involved in client care.
Key Experience Required
* Proven experience in dealing with alcohol misuse
* Proficient in conducting assessments, recovery planning, and delivering ongoing individual support
* Experience in handling complex cases and applying harm reduction techniques
* Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Excellent communication and case management skills
