As a Client Service Support Specialist within the Client Service team, you will be responsible for various administrative functions, internal relationship management activities, and controls. You will serve as the primary workflow coordinator for the client service account management team in Trade & Working Capital, directing and managing client communications and SLAs. Over time, you will also be expected to identify products and services that benefit clients and enhance overall relationship profitability.
Job Responsibilities
* Partner with a Client Service Associate or Senior Associate to understand client issues, provide timely follow-up, and ensure client satisfaction through ownership of problems.
* Resolve issues by identifying underlying or hidden problems and patterns.
* Build knowledge of Trade & Working Capital products and services.
* Serve as a liaison between the CSAM team, Operations, Product, and Implementations to optimize team and departmental performance.
* Identify and control risks to prevent fraudulent behavior and exposure.
* Prioritize daily workload to maximize productivity using effective time management and organizational skills.
* Follow all established policies, procedures, and practices.
* Maintain a confident and professional presence with clients, other bank departments, and the community.
* Aim to exceed client expectations.
* Work independently with supervision and escalate complex issues as necessary to resolve customer requests promptly.

* Ability to manage multiple systems effectively.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
* Experience in banking or the financial services industry.
