This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and grow within a friendly finance team, working closely with the Finance Director and wider office.
What Youll Be Doing
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Processing sales and purchase invoices.
* Updating financial records and posting payments and receipts.
* Communicating with suppliers to resolve queries and maintain positive relationships.
Monthly responsibilities include:
* Reconciling supplier statements and chasing missing invoices.
* Preparing and processing Purchase Ledger BACS runs.
* Collating and checking payroll data for submission to the payroll bureau.
* Assisting with general office and administrative duties, including handling calls and supporting colleagues across the team.
