Duties of the Role: This is a highly commercial & strategic FD position, you will be expected to support cashflow forecasting delivery and provide insightful financial analysis. Business partner with key stakeholders internally & externally. Core accounting functions including month-end, bank reconciliations, payroll and bookkeeping are all outsourced. Management accounts reporting along with leading the annual budgeting process for ongoing forecasting activities. Working alongside senior leadership team to develop achievable financial targets. Identifying and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company adheres to best practices in financial governance and compliance Finance Team: This will be the number one role in Finance, you will report directly into the CEO. You will have one direct report, Assistant Management Accountant. Qualifications & Experience: Qualified Accountant - ACA, ACCA or CIMA. Strong commercial acumen, with an ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders. Must have forms of revenue recognition and accruals income experience. Not essential, but experience in recruitment, legal, professional services sectors and ideally within an SME environment will be deemed desirable.
