Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a skilled or semi‑skilled CNC Wood Machinist to join their dynamic team in Stockport.
About the Role
As a CNC Wood Machinist, you will be responsible for:
* Reading and interpreting technical drawings.
* Converting measurements from metric to imperial.
* Operating CNC machinery on materials such as MDF and laminate.
* Cutting and edging components for cabinets and fittings.
* Working to tight tolerances with precision and care.
This is a hands‑on role where meeting deadlines is essential due to the nature of client projects. You'll be part of a collaborative team that values good working practices and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
* 1‑2 years' experience in a similar woodworking or CNC environment.
* Strong understanding of machine setup and operation.
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
