Deputy Manager – Clinical (Nurse Qualified)

£55,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Manager – Clinical to join a nursing and residential care home in Colchester that is currently entering a new and progressive phase of development.
This is a fantastic role for a strong Nurse Qualified leader who is passionate about clinical excellence and is looking to grow within a supportive organisation that genuinely invests in its people.
The Role
As Clinical Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the Home Manager to:
* Provide strong clinical leadership across the service
* Support and mentor the nursing and care team
* Ensure high standards of person-centred care are consistently delivered
* Oversee medication management, care planning and clinical compliance
* Support quality assurance and regulatory standards
* Play a key role in driving improvements during an exciting period of change
This position is ideal for a confident clinician who enjoys being hands-on, leading from the front and influencing positive change.
About You
* Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with active NMC PIN
* Strong clinical background within a nursing home setting
* Previous management or senior nurse experience desirable
* Confident supporting audits, governance and compliance
* Passionate about delivering high-quality care
* Ambitious and keen to develop further within a growing organisation
