Position: Retail Sales Advisor with Driving Duties
Location: Northwich, Riverside Trading Estate
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday with Saturdays on a rota.
Salary: £28,136 per annum, including pension and company benefits.
This opportunity offers responsible retail and driving tasks within a supportive team. You will provide exceptional customer service, manage stock, deliver paint, and contribute to the smooth operation of our PaintWell store.
Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional service to customers in the branch, maintaining the company’s reputation for quality.
* Use product knowledge to recommend and help customers identify the best products.
* Make contactless deliveries to customers in and around the local area driving the Company Transit van.
* Mix paint for customers, process specialist orders, and request special stock within the Branch network.
* Build relationships with customers to identify their needs and provide a comprehensive service.
* Keep the warehouse organised and safe in line with company standards.
* Promote seasonal and special items and merchandising goods in-store to increase visibility and sales.
* Unload deliveries and ensure stock distribution throughout the store.
Qualifications
* Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
* Approachable, friendly personality, willing to help customers and colleagues.
* Team player with the ability to work independently.
* Familiar with the surrounding area.
* Full clean manual driving licence.
* Willingness to learn, develop skills and progress within the industry.
* Previous retail experience or product knowledge advantageous but not essential.
