B&B Hotel Derby is looking for a dedicated professional to join our friendly and well-regarded team as a Guest Service Supervisor to lead and supervise the Food and Beverage department. Our hotel provides a fun and relaxed space with service that is welcoming and personal.

Ideally, you will be a strong leader, self-motivated, achievement orientated an have experience within a supervisory role in a customer service or food & beverage.
We entrust you with:
* Supervising the Guest Service Agent teams on a day to day basis; raising any staffing concerns with the Manager
* Ensuring high levels of communication across the Guest Service Agent teams
* Engaging and motivating staff
* Working alongside the Guest Service Manager to develop training and team building opportunities
* Demonstrating and inspiring a commitment to excellent customer care
* Ensuring compliance and maintenance of all statutory and legal, hygiene, safety and employment requirements for personnel.
* Ensuring all reception and food & beverage procedures are followed, adhered to and developed in line with business needs.
