An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner to join my clients team in their St. Helens offices. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, where they have been handling their own mixed caseload from instruction to completion. The firm prides itself on excellent client services and so a history of good customer service is essential. The role will involve running a mixed caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions Required Skills • 3 years’ minimum Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience • Handling own caseload of mixed Residential transactions • Excellent telephone manner • Great customer service skills • IT and case management experience • Ability to work well within a team You will have good solid academics and be able to work effectively as a fee earner as part of the property team.
