This is a dedicated engagement role working in the Tir Canol team, focusing on connecting people and organisations and supporting them to participate in the Cynnal project hosted by RSPB and supported by Esmée Fairbairn.
Tir Canol is a community focused project, designing and providing positive outcomes for nature and people through the use of land and sea. It is located in mid-Wales, roughly between the rivers Dyfi and Rheidol. The community aims to collaborate on conservation efforts, including land and sea management, and has initiated projects like crop trials to enhance local food systems and support biodiversity alongside an artist in residency programme. We are working at the forefront of local flood management research, supporting communities in the Dyfi estuary.
