My well established Distribution client are going through a period of growth and looking for Internal Sales Account Managers to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.
Duties include:-
 * Develop and manage existing customer relationships to retain & grow business
 * Identify and pursue new business opportunities
 * Promote new product ranges and help customers find the best solutions
 * Handle inbound customer enquiries
 * Deal with customer complaints or issues, logging on CRM & escalating where necessary
 * Process orders and update customer records
 * Support the sales team with administration
 * Prepare and deliver sales proposals tailored to meet client needs.
 * Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.
 * Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that align with sales goals.
Key Skills:-
 * Essential you have a background in sales, internal sales or account management
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to build relationships at all levels
 * Proven track record in meeting / exceeding sales targets
 * Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
 * Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
 * IT skills - MS Office Suite & familiar with CRM systems
 * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
Starting salary is £25,500 rising to £27,500 after probation plus bonus (OTE £34,000)
