Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational health assessments and provide expert advice to support employee health and attendance. Deliver pre-employment health screenings and determine fitness for work, ensuring safe and supported staff onboarding. Participate in the delivery of vaccination programmes, health surveillance, and wellbeing initiatives in collaboration with the Environmental Health Unit. Work closely with the Clinical Lead and wider team to uphold high service standards and clinical governance. Contribute to service development through innovation, policy implementation, and use of modern technologies. Promote strong manager-advisor partnerships to enhance the occupational health service and customer experience. Ensure compliance with Council policies and professional standards, while embracing opportunities for change and service improvement.
