The Role
As our Health & Safety Graduate, you'll be right at the centre of creating a safer, smarter workplace. You'll help shape and deliver our health and safety strategy, turning policies into action and making sure our services run smoothly and safely. From designing effective control measures to advising teams on best practices, your work will touch every corner of the organisation. You'll help develop and monitor procedures, assess risks, and ensure we're not just compliant but leading the way. You'll also play a key role in working with trade unions and helping each department understand exactly what they need to work safely and confidently.
About You
You're a self-starter with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine passion for making a difference. Whether it's planning, investigating, advising, or inspecting you bring energy, precision, and a can-do attitude to everything you do. You're a natural collaborator who builds trust and brings people together, creating a culture where everyone feels included and empowered. You communicate clearly, adapt easily, and lead by example supporting others to grow while helping us all raise the bar. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and be part of something meaningful, we'd love to welcome you to the team.
