Main Purpose
The Project Assistant will be required to support the team in all aspects of project administration.
Main Responsibilities
* Management of documents in accordance with the document control procedure and ensure procedures and project documents are up to date and available within Client system and project files.
* Assisting in the filing of reports and digital documents.
* Uploading reports/documents into pre-defined document systems.
* Monitoring, downloading and dissemination of newly approved documents.
* QA/QC check of documents required in accordance with BUK procedures.
* Processing of transmittal documentation.
* General office administration duties.
* In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the position holder is required to perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

* Ability to collaborate with other teams on site
* Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team, work under pressure and meet client deadlines

* Previously held an administrative role
