Internal Customer Service / Technical Account Support
Location: Bradford - Office-based
Pay: £28,000 - £30,000 p/a (Depending on Experience)

Hours: 35-hour working week - Mon-Thurs: 8:30am-4:30pm, Fri: 8am-1pm (1 in 3 Fridays worked until 3pm)
Stafflex are currently working with a well-established manufacturing business supplying specialist products into major blue-chip and industrial customers across engineering.
This is not a basic admin or order-processing role; It's a hands on, technical-leaning position where you'll support customer accounts, advise on product selection, and act as the link between customers, sales, and operations.

1. Managing and supporting a portfolio of customer accounts
