H&S Consultant (Solar construction site) – Essex / Kent locations£500 per day (all in & outside IR35) + min 6mth on-site contract work (rolling) + overtime + weekend work Our client, a global organisation employing more than 65,000 individuals, is looking to engage with a contract H&S Consultant who has a background in construction site safety, specifically within solar power / renewables ideally, to undertake a min 6mth contract (rolling)H&S Consultant remit includes;Offer H&S advice & risk/compliance solutions to clients / staff on siteUndertake H&S Risk assessments and deliver comprehensive reportsPerform audits of policies, procedures and company processes for Clients, to ensure safe systems of work.Undertake accident and Incident InvestigationsIdentify EHS risks and advise on mitigation strategies to reduce risk/exposureProvide high standards of decision making and assist in continually improving H&S standardsH&S Consultant profile;BSc (Hons), NEBOSH, Diploma in Health & Safety Management or similarCMIOSH / CDM / Construction safety / Principal Designer or similarExperience dealing with health & safety or risk/compliance solutions on live construction sites, specifically within Solar Energy / Renewables ideallyLead auditor training in Health & Safety ManagementNEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate advantageousExcellent report, presentation & communication skillsDemonstrates the ability to manage own time effectivelyStrong relationship building skills / proficient in MS Office applicationsIf the above contract H&S Consultant opportunity looks of interest, you reside within easy reach of Essex or Kent and you are able to start in January, then please email your details and one of our consultants will be in touch shortly
