About the Role: Job Type: Temporary/supply position, with potential for ongoing work Location: School nursery in Walker, Newcastle Hours: Flexible shifts available – term-time only Key Responsibilities: Support children's development in line with the EYFS framework Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that inspire learning Work closely with the class teacher and nursery team to meet individual needs Promote positive behaviour, wellbeing, and independence Build strong communication with children, staff, and parents Ensure safeguarding and health & safety procedures are followed at all times Requirements: Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent) Previous experience in an early years setting, ideally within a school nursery Solid understanding of the EYFS curriculum Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Warm, flexible, and professional approach Why Join Us?
