ER Advisor | 12 Month FTC | Midlands-Based | Hybrid - Home-Based - Up to £35,000
Use your ER expertise in a flexible role with PIB Group, where we have an urgent requirement for someone willing to travel, managing a varied caseload and providing practical, timely advice to managers.
Experience:
* Strong, hands-on ER case management experience is essential
* Comfortable managing c. 30 live ER cases at any one time
* ER specialist background only - generalist HR/HR Advisor experience alone is not sufficient
Skills & Approach:
* Highly organised, quick to action and able to prioritise effectively
* Consultative, confident and pragmatic in advising managers
* Responsive and reactive, with strong stakeholder management skills
