Overview
MFT Employee Health and Wellbeing (EHW) Service provides specialist advice and support regarding employee health issues to MFT employees and managers as well as to a variety of external clients. The EHW Service is a multidisciplinary team based across multiple locations comprising OH Advisers, Clinic Nurses, Psychological Support Therapists and OH Physiotherapists. Working with the Service Support team our main priority is to create a dynamic approach to maximise employee health, wellbeing and productivity.
We are recruiting an Admin support member to join our team while completing an Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Administrator depending on experience. You will be fully integrated within the service, working with EHW colleagues at locations across the MFT sites including Wythenshawe, Oxford Road, North Manchester, Withington and Trafford.
Responsibilities
* Assist with the management of the EHW generic email inbox in a timely manner within agreed service level agreements, categorising to the appropriate team.
* Deal promptly with a wide range of enquiries from internal and external customers, both orally and in writing, and communicate appropriately.
* Flag unresolved issues or problems to the line manager as they arise.
Requirements/Qualifications
* Apprenticeship in Level 2 or 3 Business Administrator depending on experience.
