Are you an experienced HR professional with strong employee relations expertise who enjoys helping leaders bring out the best in their teams?
Reassured is looking for a People Partner on a 12-month fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is a hands‑on People Partner role with a strong focus on employee relations, providing practical support to managers across Head Office, the Remote Sales team and Advised Sales.
You will play an important part in shaping a positive employee experience, supporting performance and delivering people focused solutions that make a real impact.
What you will be doing
* Providing expert employee relations advice across performance, conduct, wellbeing, absence and a wide range of cases.
* Coaching and supporting managers so they feel confident handling people matters independently.
* Partnering with leaders regularly to understand their people challenges and offer clear, practical and compliant solutions.
* Using HR data and insights to identify trends and recommend actions that improve key HR measures.
* Leading or supporting ER related processes including investigations, disciplinary meetings, grievances, return to work interviews, probation reviews and exit interviews.
* Supporting initiatives that improve wellbeing, engagement and the overall employee experience.
* Contributing to people projects such as restructures, salary reviews and retention activity.
* Working closely with wider HR teams to improve processes and ensure smooth delivery of all people services.
* Promoting strong leadership behaviours and acting as an ambassador for our culture and values.
What we are looking for
* Strong employee relations experience with confidence in managing a wide variety of casework.
* Proven experience in a fast‑paced HR advisory or partnering role.
* Ability to interpret HR data and present insights clearly to support decision making.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders.
* Skilled in coaching, problem solving and handling sensitive situations.
* Highly organised, detail focused and resilient.
* Confident using HR systems and maintaining accurate HR administration.
* Experience in financial services.
* Familiarity with PeopleHR.
