Our newest addition—a contemporary Japanese restaurant—launches this month, bringing refined flavours, precise technique, and artistic presentation to the forefront. The building also houses our renowned French brasserie, and the vibrant Alligator Bar, known for its creative cocktails, Japanese-inspired bar bites, live music, and DJ sets.

About the Role – You Will:
* Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest
* Demonstrate solid knowledge of Japanese cuisine, ingredients, and service style
* Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and insights into dishes
* Ensure seamless coordination with kitchen, reception, and bar teams
* Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, solutions-focused service
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and service throughout each shift
About You – You Will Have:
* Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in an upscale dining environment
* Knowledge or experience working with Japanese cuisine or in a Japanese restaurant setting
* An understanding of Japanese dining etiquette (kaiseki, omakase, etc.) is a plus
* A strong interest in food, wine, and cocktails—with a willingness to learn more
* A guest-first mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* High energy, a keen eye for detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude
