About the Role
As a Multiskilled Technician, you’ll work across panel, paint, and mechanical disciplines to return vehicles to pre-accident condition — safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This is a varied and rewarding role where your expertise will make a visible difference.
Key Responsibilities
14. Carry out high-quality body, paint, and mechanical repairs
15. Work flexibly across disciplines to support efficient job flow
16. Complete all repairs to BS10125 and manufacturer standards
17. Conduct thorough quality checks before vehicle handover
18. Support apprentices and collaborate closely with colleagues
What We’re Looking For
19. ATA/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Repair (or equivalent)
20. Proven experience in body, paint, and/or MET repair work
21. A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to repair excellence
22. Strong team ethic and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
23. Passion for customer satisfaction and safety compliance
