Our client is looking for a highly organised Smart Interventions Scheduler to join their Operations team. In this pivotal role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating field resources, managing schedules, and ensuring all activities are delivered in line with industry Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The environment is fast paced and dynamic, so strong communication skills, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail are essential. This a 1 year temporary position which has the potential to be extended. Key Responsibilities * Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to support the timely completion of scheduled work * Plan and allocate field staff and contractor appointments to maximise productivity and ensure all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met. * Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records across operational systems, including SAP. * Prioritise daily workloads using management reports and jeopardy monitoring tools to protect delivery targets. * Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and meter operator partners to coordinate activities and resolve scheduling issues. * Produce, update, and distribute operational performance reports. * Support the creation, processing, and tracking of work orders and purchase orders. * Manage customer queries professionally, ensuring issues are resolved promptly or escalated appropriately. * Ensure all activities comply with Guaranteed Standards a...
