Operational Delivery Manager Responsibilities
* Managing large‑scale change projects and more localized issues to a satisfactory resolution.
* Supporting the Head of Operations and wider account team to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
* Developing strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and providing timely responses to requests for help and support.
* Monitoring and liaising with suppliers to ensure effective day‑to‑day delivery of the projects and identifying and escalating any performance issues to the dedicated supplier relationship team.
* Ensuring that any client complaints regarding service delivery are resolved in a timely manner with root‑cause analysis carried out and corrective action/process improvements implemented.
* Providing excellent communication via updates shared with the client and relevant stakeholders.
* Being a responsive point of escalation for the client and wider team.
* Promoting a positive Health and Safety culture and ensuring any issues and areas of concern are escalated to the Account Director and addressed.

* Undertaking any other duties that may be reasonably assigned by the line manager and which are consistent with the postholder's knowledge and skills necessary for satisfactory completion of business need.
What does it take?
Essential
* IT literate – intermediate level in use of Excel, including data manipulation
* IOSH Managing Safely certification
* Minimum of 2 years operational experience in FM
* Understanding of compliance
* Health, Safety, Environmental and Sustainability awareness
* Experience working in a client‑facing environment
* Experience working in a fast‑paced environment
* Experience working with suppliers
* Ability to manage multiple priorities daily
* Data management, analysis and reporting skills
* Adherence to processes and procedures
Desirable
* Facilities Management (FM) qualification or working towards an FM qualification
* Project Management Qualification
