There will be targets to hit, quality standards to follow and its a small, close knit team so we really do need someone who can fit in, get on well with others and be reliable. Its permanent from day one so real job security is in your hands. To be considered : you simply need to be local to Rugby, have approx 3 years experience in MIG welding and have a fairly solid CV.
