Responsibilities
:
1. Regularly prospecting for new business via self-sourced leads and cold calling
2. Appointing and conducting F2F business reviews with each customer to gain a full and detailed understanding of their requirements to allow you to tailor your approach and solution to match their needs
3. Presenting our market leading proposition and incredible savings whilst negotiating and closing business contracts with new customers
4. Sign 10-12 new customers per calendar month.
To succeed you'll have:
5. Ability to evidence success in a sales role
6. Excellent relationship building skills, with the ability to objectively evaluate and influence
7. Resilience in oveing objections while maintaining a positive outlook
8. Result orientated - maximise opportunities through referrals, networking and relationship building
9. Thrives in a dynamic environment with quick turnarounds, and delivering work that exceeds customer expectations
10. Proficiency with Microsoft applications andmon customer success software such as Salesforce (CRM)
11. Full UK Driving Licence
How you'll be rewarded:
12. £33,000 basic salary
13. £4,800 car allowance + 25p per mile fuel
14. Uncappedmission structure with an average OTE of £65k, top achievers earning £100k+
15. Quarterly & annual incentives - Total value of an additional £16,000
16. 25 days annual leave, plus 8 UK bank holidays
