Position Overview
We’re looking for a Sous Chef to join our team, working shoulder to shoulder with the team and reporting to the Head Chef.
Responsibilities
* Work with a menu packed with flavour, provenance and seasonality across the modern French food landscape.
* Lead the kitchen alongside the Head Chef to foster a motivated, safe working environment for all chefs.
* Support the Head Chef and General Manager by ensuring the kitchen is in tip‑top condition and that team members have everything needed to improve each shift.
* Create iconic, mouth‑watering dishes with a twist while maintaining organisation and confidence as a team leader.
* Take professional responsibilities seriously, while keeping a relaxed and positive attitude.
Qualifications
* Experience as a Sous Chef, with strong culinary skills and leadership ability.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Capable of managing a busy kitchen in a fast‑paced environment.
* Commitment to safety and hygiene standards.
