What You’ll Do
As a key EICA specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
You will:
* Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
* Create high‑quality engineering outputs, including:
o Single‑line diagrams
o Cable block diagrams
o Control system architecture
o MCC datasheets
o Load schedules
o Control Philosophies
* Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
* Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
* Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
* Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on‑site
* Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
* Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
A committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
Required skills:
* A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
* Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
* Expertise in electrical power systems, water treatment control systems, integrated system design
* Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document controlExcellent communication and leadership skills
* A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high‑quality engineering
Desirable:
* Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
* Proven mentoring or leadership experience
* A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
