Your role will be based around the region and you will manage a team of predominantly field based engineers as well as a small office-based team. Responsible for engineer productivity, asset upkeep, customer satisfaction, fleet spend/parts authorisations and PM schedules as well as carrying out service team 1-2-1 / appraisals. Around 70% of your time will be spent at the depot with roughly 30% within the region, interacting with customers, engineers and inter-company colleagues. Leading the service team by example in a way that empowers, ensuring they are trained and equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to ensure that, no matter what customers’ need, they can handle it.
