We're looking for an experienced leader with a proven track record of successfully managing a retail team within the jewellery industry or a high-end/luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the in-store team to deliver exceptional service and strong commercial results
* Oversee all aspects of store operations, from team performance to customer experience
* Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships
* Champion brand values and uphold showroom presentation standards
* Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
* Manage stock, store layout, and commercial planning
* Drive recruitment and development of new and existing staff
* Promote Wongs online and in-store, leveraging social media to reach new audiences
* Take ownership of the entire sales process, from enquiry to aftercare
* Deliver consistent performance against KPIs and sales targets

Salary:
£30,000-£35,000 per annum
